HomeHow it works

From draft to a sealed archive.

No e-mails with “v2_final_FINAL.docx”, no lost attachments. The document moves along on its own, and you can see where it is at any moment.

In short

A document's life cycle in e-doc has five steps: 1) Creation — a blank document or one from a template, Word or Excel, right in the browser; 2) Editing — track changes, comments, automatic versions, real-time collaboration; 3) Sending — you pick the signature type, add the signers and set the order; 4) Signing — biometric MSign, an internal PIN or a PIN with a photo; 5) Archiving — a sealed PDF, an immutable hash and a complete audit log.

The life cycle of a document

From draft to a sealed archive, all in one place.

No e-mails with “v2_final_FINAL.docx”, no lost attachments, no confusion about who signed. The document moves along on its own, and you can see where it is at any moment.

What happens to versions?

Auto-save every 2 seconds; every change becomes a version. Changed your mind? Go back to how it was an hour ago or last night.

How do I prove who signed?

Every action — created, read, signed — is stamped with date, time and actor in the immutable audit log. Signed documents receive an sha256 seal: if anyone changes a single comma the seal breaks instantly, and that is provable in court.
